A self-starter, the Data & Analytics Manager has the ability to drive the project from managing data sources through to assets and site tagging, report template development and data visualization dashboard design (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) through to analyzing email and content campaign and site traffic activity via various analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Saleforce Marketing Cloud).
The Senior Digital Project Manager will work closely with the Account Management team and have experience overseeing multiple advertising campaigns. This will suit someone comfortable leading large, multi-disciplinary teams through the project lifecycle, as well as providing coaching and mentoring to more junior project managers. This role reports to the Director of Delivery Services.
The Account Manager in Montréal supports the team to facilitate the reporting, communication, planning and administrative demands of specific projects within their specific segment or portfolio assignment.
This role is primarily responsible for overall campaign management and service coordination/delivery between subsidiary marketers and the Sales & Marketing Service Center (SMSC). The Marketing Communications Specialist is also a point of contact for recommendations and consultation regarding SMSC services. They may also coordinate services with other local agencies and teams, such as social media or creative teams. This opportunity is physically located within the Microsoft Canadian headquarters in Mississauga, Ontario.
The Digital Art Director works closely with copywriters and other creative team members to conceptualize and develop integrated solutions for advertising, direct mail, email, web sites and landing pages, online advertising units, video, animations and other marketing channels.
