The Account Supervisor plays a leadership role on the business and is the liaison between the Agency and the client for all assigned project deliverables. The Account Supervisor is responsible for initiation and execution of all day to day agency activities on behalf of clients. This role is the agency’s first point of contact and as such is responsible for building strong relationships with key clients as well as all internal departments and disciplines. This role will also supervise and develop junior account staff.
The Account Executive is the liaison between the Agency and the client for any given assigned project deliverable. The AE is also responsible for the day-to-day project leadership with adherence to established agency process.
Responsible for developing the analytics of client marketing programs and to support the marketing planning process through reporting and analysis of client data. Generate program insights to promote a continuous learning and improvement cycle.
