The Global United Airlines [UA] Client Lead is the most senior agency lead and client contact for UA, one of Wunderman’s top 10 global clients. It is a significant horizontal WPP account that includes WPP agencies: Wunderman, MEC, Landor, Kantar, Millward Brown and the Wunderman MSC in Buenos Aires [BA]. The Global Client Lead will be charged with setting the vision, direction and strategy globally for how WPP-Wunderman-led solutions will enable UA to achieve its brand and business, as well as customer satisfaction and revenue goals. He/She will marshal the appropriate Wunderman teams, bringing all of our data, creative, technology and marketing and production services acumen to bear on behalf of the client. He/she will also partner and integrate seamlessly with mcgarrybowen, the general advertising agency on behalf of the client.
The Global UA Client Lead works closely with WPP agency functional leads, and will have the ultimate responsibility for revenue, growth and delivery of services for UA clients primarily in NA but also in China and the UK – with other global needs and expansion opportunities. They will also work closely and facilitate collaboration across WPP sister agencies that share UA business.

The Technology Consultant must be a recognized marketing technology specialist and client lead, with a deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape, the Data Architecture to support it and how to integrate various marketing and other backend systems that comprise the clients Digital Marketing Infrastructure. The ideal candidate would have a background technical application across multiple disciplines including application development, web development, mobile, databases and then have evolved into a more consultative approach including marketing technologies. This experience should also ideally include on premise as well as cloud based applications.
