Job Purpose

The position of Sr Director of Analytics is responsible for the management of multiple large and complex analytics accounts. Management of these accounts may be done either through individual effort or through the management of other personnel and resources.   The Sr Director will have responsibility for business development, both supporting new business initiatives and growth of existing relationships.

The Account Manager supports the Account Supervisor and the Account Director to facilitate the reporting, communication, planning and administrative demands of specific projects within their specific segment or portfolio assignment.

 

This role will will be a shared Account Management role (50% xbox and 50% GSK accounts.)

 

Given that this role will have significant contact with our clients, vendors and internal delivery team, professionalism is a fundamental requirement.  On smaller projects, the Account Manager may have the opportunity to lead client projects (with support from senior leadership).

The Account Manager must be able to bring creativity and a proactive approach to problem solving to all responsibilities and be ready to tackle a wide variety of challenges, and support the organization in ways that are frequently changing.  Your primary responsibility will be to support the Account Supervisor(s) / Account Director(s) on larger projects, but on any given day, this could be a wide variety of tasks.
