Our rapidly growing Toronto office is seeking an ambitious, results-driven Sr. CRM Strategist. At Wunderman, the Sr. CRM Strategist guides all direct to consumer communications strategies, most notably email marketing and website marketing. Working hand in hand with a data & analytics partner, the Sr. CRM Strategist inherently seeks to establish an objective approach, relying on a battery of consumer behavioural data and client business performance data to illuminate the best course of action to pursue. He/she likely has a CRM strategy background but is fully fluent in current enabling technologies including, most importantly, the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). He/she is adept at translating client and agency team briefs into specific solutions leveraging the full suite of capabilities present within SFMC. Whether it’s setting up and helping deploy a myriad of simple email campaigns, designing more sophisticated A/B and multivariate tests, or creating trigger-based communication journeys based on business rules he/she is already very comfortable and capable working within SFMC.
Operating under both a ‘think’ and ‘do’ attitude, this individual is able to establish the big picture, and deliver and present strategies in smart, compelling presentation decks (e.g. PowerPoint, Keynote). This position will report into the SVP, Director Strategy and work side-by-side with a community of other strategists and analysts both locally and within the agency, servicing a great client list including, primarily, IKEA Canada.
