  • Overview

    The Channel Manager is responsible for the development of direct response media strategies for Wunderman Health clients. The Channel Manager analyzes past and current performance and drives strategies that combine the art and science of direct response media channels to ensure optimal performance. This individual must be analytical, and prepared to flex and adapt strategies based on budgets, goals and media performance.


    • Develops campaign media plans and builds upon current client strategies within the DR arena to meet/exceed objectives
    • Develops strong internal trusting relationships
    • Provides recommendations for the data strategy
    • Manages internal expectations
    • Ensures CMS compliance
    • Management of Channel Set-Up
      • Develops seminar strategies
      • Manages the Event and Sales Market set-up
      • Determines and requests TFN and URL tracking codes
      • Approves DP forms
      • Approves CRFs
      • Reviews Proofs
    • Provides campaign performance reporting and analysis to clients


    • Understanding of the direct channel and its impact on driving results
    • Healthcare marketing experience a plus
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong relationship management, organizational and project management skills
    • Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups
    • Bachelors degree required in marketing, healthcare or related field
    • Approximately 8+ years of related industry experience, preferably Omni channel healthcare marketing
    • Demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service
    • Proven experience working cross-functionally within an organization
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills
