We are seeking an Director of Experience Strategy for an opportunity across our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will be deeply versed in CRM, loyalty, social and email channel implementation and optimization strategy with an ability to lead both email and cross-channel engagements. They should possess an ability to think tactically as well as strategically in analytically-driven, performance-based marketing working with cross-functional client and affiliate teams.
