    Wunderman, with a growing portfolio of top-tier clients, specializes in designing consumer-centric strategies focused on combining creative with data to build valuable relationships between consumers and brands.


    We are seeking an Director of Experience Strategy for an opportunity across our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will be deeply versed in CRM, loyalty, social and email channel implementation and optimization strategy with an ability to lead both email and cross-channel engagements. They should possess an ability to think tactically as well as strategically in analytically-driven, performance-based marketing working with cross-functional client and affiliate teams.


    • Develop channel specific and cross-channel a learning agenda to refine key objectives and marketing levers addressed by the Implementation Strategy (e.g., audience; creative and content, including template design; cadence and frequency) and ensure future success of the channel
    • Establish channel roadmaps, with a realistic approach to enabling always-on real-time journey and what it will take to get there.
    • Ongoing evaluation and/or versioning of the base audience journey as required to help evolve client’s connected capabilities as tied to overall personalization mission
    • Create segment-specific strategic briefs for and oversee the creative optimization team sprints
    • Provide ongoing optimization recommendations: leverage consumer insights, data, and analytics to drive recommendations around any sub-segmentation, targeting and test and learn activity to deliver near-personalized experiences throughout the customer lifecycle


    • 7-10 years’ experience in planning, strategic planning or related experience in a digital agency
    • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills - ability to define problems, collect information, establish facts and draw valid conclusions based upon information furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
    • Exceptional writing, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
    • Deep understanding of the principles of digital media including CRM/email, mobile, website, and video
