  • Overview

    The Direct Channel Specialist is responsible for the assisting with the development of direct response media strategies for Wunderman Health clients. This role requires an individual who is interested in learning to develop integrated, omni-channel campaigns.


    • Assists with the development of omni-channel campaign media plans
    • Develops data requests at the direction of the Campaign Strategist and Channel Manager
    • Manages internal expectations
    • CMS requirements and adherence
    • Execution & QA of Channel Setup
      • Implement seminar strategies
      • Load the Event and Sales Market set-up
      • Maintains tracking spreadsheets for TFN and URL tracking codes
      • Creates and/or QAs Data Processing forms
      • Creates and/or QAs Creative Request Forms
      • Tests Landing Page functionality
      • Creates vanity and destination URLs
      • Gathers Digital Requirements:
        • Click tracker creation
        • Event setup/TFN requests
        • UX flows
    • Vendor Invoice to actual confirmations/Budget checks
      • Campaign QA:
        • Media Setup
        • Media Reporting
      • Manages requirement documention updates
    • Aids in gathering of campaign performance reporting and analysis for all channels


    • Approximately 1-2+ years of related industry experience
    • Bachelors degree required in marketing, healthcare or related field
    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
    • Exposure to digital and direct marketing
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
    • Ability to multi-task, and effectively take direction in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills
    • Proactive work style and quick learner
