    We’re looking for a conceptually-driven senior art director who has a knack for delivering fresh thinking to your ideas and designs. You have the versatility to jump from creating a direct-mail piece for seniors citizens one day to creating an email campaign directed at Millennials the next. As a senior member of the creative team, you have the personality to lead them, the chops to mentor them, and the presentation skills to wow the clients. You feel at-home in a fast-paced agency setting but look forward to taking the time to discuss the most recent episode of “Game of Thrones.” Speaking of which, you know how to defend creative, but you also know when to pick your battles. If this describes you, we look forward to seeing how you can take our team to the next level. 


    • Develop the visual design, layout and feel of the advertising to be executed in various media
    • Responsible for the timely development and execution of campaigns and projects
    • Responsible for having their work reviewed and approved by the GCD
    • Participate and/or lead client meetings and presentations
    • Ability to fluidly switch from client to client as needed
    • Follows the high level of creative standards set by GCD with regard to all ongoing creative work in process for clients
    • Remain informed of all industry news, creative and general activity
    • Consult with account and strategic planning teams to gather information about a product/service on a strategy to determine the style and visual expression for the advertising
    • Responsible for identifying and selecting training/learning opportunities that will continuously improve the level of creative
    • Will mentor and train junior team members
    • May include other duties as assigned


    • Minimum 5-7 years of art direction experience required with some in an agency environment
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
    • Must have a portfolio demonstrating the creativity required to present ideas, words, and visualizations that will intelligently represents our clients’ needs
    • Experience in digital, print and broadcast production
    • Persuasive and engaging presenter
    • Strong concepting/ideation skills
    • Client and team leadership skills
    • Experience with healthcare or philanthropy/fundraising creative a plus
