  • Overview

    The Account Manager is responsible for executing within agency process and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration with internal Agency departments (i.e. Creative, Studio) to deliver on-time and on-budget. Operate in a dual role as Account/Project manager facilitating client requests and supporting senior account staff. Must be comfortable working in a matrix environment, have excellent attention to detail and great interpersonal skills.


    • Maintain weekly internal and client status reports
    • Build detailed schedules coordinating various resources
    • Take responsibility for scheduling meetings and coordinating presentations
    • Lead meetings with teams to ensure that the work is aligned with the client brief and all project requirements are adhered to
    • Accountable for successful implementation of print and digital marcom
    • Has a thorough understanding of the client’s business and industry
    • Build client relationships based on trust and mutual understanding
    • Communicate regularly with clients and maintain written client agreements
    • Understand and use Agency systems to ensure the sound management of projects
    • Continually look for opportunities to grow account and improve efficiencies
    • Manage costs throughout the project to ensure the job meets budget
    • Ensure project runs smoothly and efficiently while following all processes and necessary approvals
    • Represent the agency and the team in the best light in front of clients. Demonstrate passion and excitement about all tasks whether grand or on the small scale
    • Be a voice on the team – share thoughts, opinions and ideas to help better a project, teamwork or client business


    • BA/BS degree; Marketing, Business or Communications degree preferred
    • Minimum two years prior agency experience within the Client Services department
    • Direct mail and digital (e-mail, OA) marketing experience preferred
    • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Creative thinker and problem solver
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills required, with a proven record of success in a similar capacity
    • Skilled at building a rapport with clients and internal team members
    • Ability to effectively and diplomatically lead projects through an extended team that does not directly report into them
    • Self-starter with energy, ambition and drive to succeed
    • Stellar organizational skills, strong attention to detail and follow through along with flawless execution in management of client projects
