  • Overview

    Responsible for the purchasing and production of print advertising materials, collateral and direct mail projects. Primary liaison with outside vendors. Coordinates the flow of work from concept to completion.


    • Estimate projects with outside vendors and manage vendor relationships
    • Manage successful interaction with a variety of work from the various accounts
    • Purchase printing and advertising materials on an on-going basis
    • Attend press checks as required
    • Attend weekly internal status meetings
    • Attend financial status meetings; be accountable for the production costs on each project
    • Attend creative briefings as necessary
    • Ensure all projects are being handled in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner
    • Reconcile billing for all jobs
    • May include other duties as assigned


    • BA in Graphic Arts, Communications or related field helpful
    • Requires three (3) to five (5) years of Print Production background,
    • Experience as a Production Manager within a print production department in an advertising setting or other related experience
    • Requires a working knowledge of all Graphic Arts mediums
    • Experience and knowledge of Process Color Reproduction is necessary
    • An understanding of the various printing processes: web, sheetfed and screenprint
    • Possess an overall understanding of the various departments within an Agency structure and how they interface with Print Production as a whole


    • Recent experience in the Automotive and Health industry.
