    Wunderman and POSSIBLE are joining forces in Seattle to best serve a large technology and ecommerce client based in Seattle.



    We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager looking for their next challenge. We require energized self-starters who have a proven track record in managing workflows and display initiative in providing complex client-focused solutions.

    You will hit the ground running, thrive in the center of the action, and keep all the plates spinning at the same time.


    Essential Functions:

    • Work with Account team and leads to develop scopes of work, budgeting, and deliverable schedules based on business/operational requirements
    • Daily maintenance and management of balancing delivery team effort against scoped deliverables within resourcing and planning systems
    • Proactively review and manage project burn + forecasting to ensure alignment across stakeholders regarding project delivery, program impact, and revenue forecasting
    • Ensure goals, accountability, dependencies & timelines are clear to team/clients
    • Identify risks and mitigation plans throughout the course of project and program engagements
    • Create detailed workback schedules; develop, implement and manage project plans
    • Problem solve on the fly; work with client and internal teams to overcome any obstacle
    • Communicate project status for each project clearly to teams on a regular basis
    • Partner with Finance to track and report actuals; communicate these out to Client Services senior management and other leadership as needed
    • Identify risks and mitigation plans throughout the course of project and program engagements

    • You are able to show the data behind your reasoning, showing how schedules came to be or how estimates totaled up will help in communicating effort and project needs across leadership and project stakeholders

    • 5+ years’ experience managing large-scale projects with reputable clients to completion
    • Experience with a wide variety of project/process management tools and methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Lean)
    • Knowledge of PMO methodology, tools and templates strongly preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools required, especially Excel (e.g., pivot tables) and MS Project; proficiency in NetSuite or Workfront also preferred (but not required)
    • A very high level of attention to detail
    • Expert understanding of how websites are built
    • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to clearly communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences


    The role requires 5+ years’ experience in an agency, design firm, or equivalent business environment.

    Experience in the following fields preferred:

    • Email/SMS Service Providers, including deployment tool interactio.
    • Targeted Display Campaign deployment
    • Marketing Segmentation Processes
    • Social Media – Paid and Organic
    • Data Collection and reporting on marketing campaigns.

    Preferred Experience:

    • Worked in a digital agency.
    • Understands Databases.
