The Global MDF Compliance Program Manager is responsible for disseminating all changes and updates as well as fielding all questions related to partner marketing agreements throughout the MDF - Partner Marketing Program teams globally at both the client and internally. The role will also be responsible for creating and delivering appropriate training globally to all internal and client stakeholders, identifying issues that create challenges in proving compliance under the partner agreements, formulating a proposed solution and presenting the issue and proposed solution to the Sr. Global MDF Compliance Manager. The Global MDF Compliance Program Manager is also responsible for performing compliance reviews of select or high-risk marketing activities and providing timely feedback for edits, maintaining records of reviews performed in related online portals, and client reporting, including the Client Overview.
