We are seeking Senior Digital Analyst to join our growing team.  Analysts will work with clients, strategists, and other digital teams to understand business goals and develop KPIs that help optimize and drive performance. They are responsible for overseeing data consolidation, client report development, and analysis of Digital Direct Response campaigns that are executed through a variety of advertising channels, as well as for landing page testing and optimization strategy.


    • Be an expert in identifying and developing data collection strategies and KPI framework to support standard and ad-hoc reporting on key performance indicators that directly measure online campaigns, website and conversion funnel performance, and user experience testing.
    • Lead the web analytics tag implementation and testing during the development of online media, marketing landing pages, websites, conversion funnels and mobile applications
    • Leads client meetings by calling out report highlights and provides optimization recommendations for landing page testing and optimization strategy
    • Support Digital Media Buyers with reporting and analytics to inform digital media campaign optimizations
    • Support Content/SEO team with organic traffic data to quantify lift of site optimizations and identify new opportunities based on analysis of trends and site usage
    • maintain in-depth understanding of client’s overall business and marketing objectives; constantly analyzing campaign performance for optimization opportunities
    • Keep current on trends in digital and traditional media
    • Maintain expertise in reporting and tracking capabilities of digital media platforms


    • A Bachelor’s Degree
    • 4+ years professional analytics experience
    • Experience with Adobe cloud suite: specifically, Adobe Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target
    • Experienced in data management and well-versed in the use of analytical tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, Domo, Business Objects, and other BI tools
    • Strong knowledge for analytics techniques with a genuine curiosity for uncovering shifts in performance
    • Must be technically savvy, detail-oriented, have strong communication and presentation skills, and work well within a collaborative team environment
    • Preferred: Experience in eCommerce digital marketing, including knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, DoubleClick Search, etc.)
