  • Overview

    The Sr. Accounting Manager is responsible for managing the Global MDF Claiming Team to ensure our client receives reimbursement from their co-marketing partner. They must work with the team to build and maintain the global client relationship and are responsible for the global staffing plan and quarterly business results.


    • Maintain a solid understanding of Partners’ Terms & Conditions and claiming requirements.
    • Identify and implement Global MDF Claiming best practices.
    • Engage the appropriate stakeholders in each region as process improvements are identified.
    • Monitor Partner’s audit results and escalate disputes. Identify issues and determine next steps to resolve.
    • Identify and resolve issues pertaining to delayed invoices, reporting and other POE.
    • Resolve global claiming & compliance challenges, identify risks and escalate to client.
    • Monitor global cash goal results. Partner with client to ensure realistic goals are set and work with global claiming teams to ensure goals are met.
    • Partner with client to identify issues related to the Ad Age tracker. Design and implement improvements to the Ad Age Tracker.
    • Establish and maintain a Retention Policy for claiming documents.
    • Ensure accurate and timely approval of timesheets and expense reports.
    • Work with Managing Director to prepare and maintain the staffing plan for the Global MDF Claiming team.
    • Analyze the Global MDF Claiming workload, volumes, metrics and other trends.
    • Present global quarterly business results to the client.
    • Partner with client to optimize partner funding opportunities.
    • Build on the relationship we have with the client as their trusted advisor.
    • Work within our Global MDF Claiming team sharing best practices, cross-training and ensuring team development.


    • BS/BA in Accounting, Business, or related field.
    • Excellent people management skills.
    • Excellent analytical skills.
    • Expert level of knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong process design and implementation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
