    Wunderman and POSSIBLE are joining forces in Seattle to best serve a large technology and eCommerce client based in Seattle.


    We are looking for a director-level Media leader to support our growing agency-within-an-agency. You’ll drive the translation of our clients’ business objectives into strategic digital media plans, while helping grow our media practice. You’ll bring your specialty that leads a client to better stories, better results and better decisions but also be able to bring in and champion other kinds of Media as the business requires.



    • People | Manage and build a media team, growing as the client grows.
    • Process | Guide and develop process and figure out how we work both in media as well as across the business.
    • Work | Responsible for the quality of media strategy in the work, building a strong partnership with clients to define goals and drive key strategies throughout the year.
    • Biz Dev | Grow the business through both casual and formal pitches and RFPs, partnering closely with account and strategy to build new approaches to proactive pitching.

    • Ego-less | we all wear the hats that need wearing, it’s a mentality that makes the team successful.
    • Okay with being wrong, and right | this isn’t a role that you’ll be able to take what you learned somewhere else and copy onto this role. We want someone willing to collaborate and think strategically in team building and best practices.


    • 9+ years of experience in media and communication strategy.
    • Powerful communication skills both in your writing and your presenting; compelling, persuasive.
    • Track record of managing teams. The number is less important than how effective of a manager you were – bringing out the best in people.
    • Lover of data and analytics, not as a wrap-report but key insights. You’ll have a team to help you find these but you have to want them.
    • A passion for data and eCommerce. Less important is experience with these verticals, more important is the passion and interest.
