At Wunderman, we help companies understand their customer’s shopping patterns – How often do they shop? What channels do they use? What do they buy together? What are their trip drivers? How valuable is a Direct Mail contact compared to an email? How do they use the web and interact with social media?  Wunderman puts its expertise to work to answer these important questions for or customers

     

    We are seeking a Senior Analyst to oversee, nurture and drive performance for some of our fastest growing clients.  This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver powerful solutions across the full spectrum of data, creative, technology, and marketing services, in order to help our clients maximize their business growth through our integrated services offering.

    Responsibilities

    • Owner of Weekly and Monthly Content Dashboards for Senior Management on client side
    • Deliver meaningful customer insights through preparing and producing analytics reports on a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis. This will include interfacing with media partners to consolidate measurement reporting across all digital channels
    • Conduct ongoing deep-dive analysis across multiple marketing programs such as search, display, emails, affiliates, and social media leveraging multiple data sources and provide strategic insights and campaign recommendations for optimization
    • Drive the targeting and campaign measurement for consumer digital marketing programs
    • Lead the web analytics tag implementation and testing during the development of online media, marketing landing pages, websites, conversion funnels and applications
    • Providing test design and implementation.  Including A/B and multivariate testing
    • Proficient in digital analytics, including web analytics with tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics
    • Experienced in digital test design and implementation with current digital targeting and email tools (Adobe Suite, Exact target, etc.)
    • Develop integrated reporting dashboards using data visualization tools like Datorama, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio
    • Provide digital asset tagging instructions for website development and digital advertising content
    • Understanding of the analytics discipline: including process, best practices, tools and techniques
    • Solid presentation and client facing skills
    • Excellent project management and implementation skills
    • Mentor and manage the work of Analysts and Interns working in WUN NY
    • Service/client oriented
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Qualifications

    • BA/BS degree required; MBA a plus
    • 3 - 5 years of experience in data-driven marketing and analytics, with a focus on Digital Performance Media and Social Media campaign optimization, supported by frequent A/B and multivariate testing
    • Digital analytics (Adobe, Google Analytics, DoubleClick, Atlas, etc.), digital tag management
    • Data visualization dash boards (Tableau, Dataroma, Domo, etc.)
    • Experience with social analytics is a plus (Simply Measured, Unmetrics, Netbase and Brandwatch)
    • Experience with cross-channel media reporting is a plus
    • A/B and multivariate testing
    • SAS and/or SQL a plus
