    Wunderman, with a growing portfolio of top-tier clients, specializes in designing consumer-centric strategies focused on combining creative with data to build valuable relationships between consumers and brands. 

     

    The Analytics Manager will be a hybrid between a consultant and a senior analytics professional.  This is a hands-on role that will be working directly with clients and be responsible for developing client’s analytics strategies and solutions, consulting with clients on analytics trends and industry best practices and being an analytics expert and resource across the multiple verticals of the Wunderman network.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage client interactions and expectations, and project tasks, timelines and deliverables.
    • Provide analytical thought leadership through development of roadmaps and quantitative solutions.
    • Lead data strategy and marketing analytics influencing acquisition, conversion and loyalty programs.
    • Lead a team to complete complex analytical projects end to end.
    • Develop clear, articulate and persuasive presentations, POV documents, and strategic recommendations.
    • Develop cross-channel marketing analytical techniques and tools into marketable products.
    • Manage and mentor junior analysts contributing to their technical and career development.
    • Play a leading role in developing the agency’s strategic analytics capabilities.
    • Anticipate project risk and constraints and proactively work on solutions to address them.
    • Evaluate and improve internal tools and processes.
    • Support business development efforts.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) or equivalent in statistics, math, economics, engineering, computer science, or related scientific/quantitative field; Advanced degree (M.A., M.S., Ph.D.) preferred
    • 5+ years of work experience in CRM Analytics, relational databases and predictive modeling
    • 2+ years of supervisory work experience.
    • 2+ years of work experience in digital, offline and mass media channels.
    • Proficiency with multiple analytics tools required; R, SAS, SQL, Python, etc.
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
    • Ability to work on multiple and complex projects and pay attention to detail.
    • Ability to execute explain/present complicated/advanced analytical methodologies and results to non-technical audiences.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
    • High degree of personal integrity and accountability.
    • Previous agency experience preferred.
    • Experience within the Insurance industry is preferred, but not required.
    • Willingness to travel (probable range 40%-50%).
