    We are looking for a passionate Account Supervisor to partner closely with the Best Buy team on rapid deployment, geotargeted projects. The ideal candidate is a comfortable with change and quick deadlines and wants to do something new, build something new. Curiosity is a key trait, a desire to know “why” so that you can help provide solutions that drive successful business results for our clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the execution of digital and print projects and programs from conception through execution to ensure strategic alignment remains intact
    • Manage and lead agency resources and vendor partners to meet our client’s marketing objectives
    • Develop and implement marketing communications strategy, plans and programs that support day-to-day account activity and long-term business objectives
    • Working knowledge of client business and communicating this to the team
    • Provide agency and client deliverables including creative briefs, marketing and communication plans/calendars, brainstorming sessions, creative strategy sessions, POVs, competitive analyses, etc.
    • Collaborate with the strategy team to ensure the development of provocative, single-minded communications strategies
    • Ability to see the big picture, identify key issues, and provide proactive tactical and strategic recommendations
    • Establish oneself as a trusted resource and channel expert for all client and agency team partners

    Qualifications

    • Strong integrated background: at least 4 years of proven and demonstrable experience with the development and execution of integrated campaigns, specifically emails, in-store collateral, print and direct mail, online display, social media, SEO/SEM
    • Deep understanding of the production of complex marketing campaigns, including strategy, creative, production (digital, print, video), measurement, and optimization
    • Comfortable with truncated timelines and rapid deployment projects
    • Outstanding and persuasive client-facing and relationship management skills
    • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.
    • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
