  • Overview

    Are you a Senior Project Manager that is highly organized, meticulous about details and passionate about digital marketing platforms and how they integrate with more traditional forms of media?

     

    The ideal candidate will have experience leading and thriving in an agile and collaborative work environment. They will be “proactive” versus “reactive” and successfully managed complex projects including but not limited to: websites, email, digital videos, mobile applications, social content, and TVC's.

    Responsibilities

    • Involved at all client project briefings to collect information in order to drive the discovery process with Account, Strategy, Creative and Analytics teams to collect critical client requirements
    • Lead project delivery through the full project management life cycle, including but not limited to: Campaign Strategy, Creative, Websites & Digital Experiences, Social Content, Digital Videos, and TVCs
    • Ensure that projects are scoped accurately and are profitable, making sure that they are delivered on-time and on-budget and at the highest quality
    • Manage schedules, ensuring interagency teams are informing and understanding overall project timing for the day, the week, and overall meetings; communicating status to direct teams, as well as flagging potential issues with milestones or deliverables to Senior Management
    • Collaborate with team leads on each project to plan and support overall team success, as well as team tasks, next steps, bandwidth, and needed resources

    Qualifications

    • 7-10+ years’ experience in integrated or digital production within an agency
    • Experience with delivery of strategy and thinking, as well as assets, are preferred
    • Ability to apply leading-edge project management philosophy, tools and techniques to improve execution
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships to gain trust and respect
    • Strong problem solver with financial acumen
    • Solid track record of leading projects from initiation to completion, error-free, on-time and on-budget
    • MS Project required, including high level of computer competency and associated software (Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro)
