Contribute to interactive creative strategy and provide direction for design (desktop, tablet, and mobile).
Participate in user experience (UX) and creative concept processes.
Responsible for information architecture, digital functionality and interaction.
Integrate techniques such as field visits, observation, card sorting, interviews, cognitive walk throughs, and contextual inquiries.
Create sitemaps, user journeys, navigation models, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed specifications using workflow charts and diagrams.
Contribute to research, creation, and prioritization of project requirements.
Write heuristic and competitive analyses while providing artifacts, deliverables, and direction to support design and development.
Create personas and concept models, when applicable, and create process flows, navigation maps, content strategies, and contact flows.
Document all functional requirements for the delivery of final UX documentation to the Development team.
Provide input and direction on process improvements and enhancements within the UX and overall digital product development workflows.
Write useability test plans and competitive analyses. Conduct user testing and expert reviews. Conduct QA of developed prototypes prior to launch. Utilize tools and technologies including Axure, Omnigraffle, Adobe Creative Suite, Jira, Morae, HTML, and CSS.

Bachelor's degree in Human Centered Design, Digital Media Production, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field plus five (5) years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor's experience in Software Development or a related occupation. Must have 5 years of experience with: Command of information architecture and interface design tools like Omnigraffle, Visio, Illustrator, or Photoshop; Presentation layer technologies including basic HTML; and Generative and conceptual phases of a product life cycle. Of the 5 years, must have 4 years of experience with: Designing, prototyping, specifying, and communicating user interface designs; and Command of information architecture, interface design, and usability/testing principles. Mon. – Fri., 9:00am – 5:30pm.
