    The Associate Technical PM will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tactical aspects of CRM campaigns. This role works closely with front-end developers and QA analysts on the Tech Team, and takes direction from the Sr. Technical PM. The role involves complex projects in a fast-paced agency.

    Responsibilities

    A successful candidate will be expected to find quick success in the following:



    • Developing, executing, and then minimally managing recurring & triggered communications

    • Gathering requirements from various stakeholders on a project

    • Traffic management including collaboration with resource management to allocate work

    • Turning documented requirements into clear, actionable development tasks

    • Handle and protect fluctuating scope

    • Effectively resolve or escalate project risks and issues

    • Experience with one or more project management or task/bug-tracking tools

    Qualifications


    • Familiarity with email development and web technologies

    • Comfortable functioning and executing at an agency pace

    • Strong cross-team communication skills

    • Analytical, logical, and good problem-solving skills

    • Highly detail-oriented and comfortable over-documenting everything

    • Ability to write concise, clear instructions

    • Quick and eager learner


     


    Nice to have:



    • Prior experience using TFS for task tracking

    • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously or large, multi-faceted projects

    • Content management / production

    • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Adobe Creative Suite

    • Knowledge of SDLC (software development life cycle)

    • Familiarity with Agile processes
