    Located in the heart of King West, our rapidly growing Toronto office is seeking an ambitious, results-driven Data & Analytics Manager. At Wunderman, the Data & Analytics Manager is a key member of the team, rooted firmly in multiple projects across the digital landscape. He/she is able to intimately understand a client’s business, and translate specific project objectives into actionable data & analytics plans.  A self-starter, they have the ability to drive the project from managing data sources through to assets and site tagging, report template development and data visualization dashboard design (e.g. Tableau) through to analyzing email and content campaign and site traffic activity via various analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).


    This position will report into the Director, Strategy and work side-by-side a community of digital strategists and analysts both locally and within the Wunderman Network, servicing a great client list including: IKEA, GSK, BMW, and XBOX.

    • Design, build and manage data templates and reports (advanced Excel) in conjunction with our clients’ customer and prospect datasets, including the collection and reporting of data from a variety of CRM and web-based marketing initiatives.
    • Analyze reported data with a goal of uncovering the root causes of outcomes to drive learnings and optimizations.
    • With a hands-on approach, initiate and manage data related activities on a selection of projects that you will own.
    • Ability to commute to work daily in downtown Toronto location.


    • 6-8 years of experience working in a digital agency/marketing environment
    • Undergraduate degree in a marketing science or related field, preferred
    • Proficient with Salesforce and Adobe Marketing Clouds, Google Analytics, Omniture/Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Netbase
    • Excellent and persuasive communication skills; able to clearly articulate and sell your work in relatable and convincing ways.
    • Experience with PowerPoint, Keynote and Microsoft Office; able to author, design and deliver findings.
