    This is a temporary 4 month assignment starting in July with the potential for extension and conversion to full-time.

     

    As an Associate Project Manager (APM) you will be responsible for accurate content inclusion in integrated executions. You will ensure that all content (i.e., text, graphics, photos) are in the proper file format before placement and perfom quality assurance and validation reviews as directed. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will work closely with program managers, project managers, and creatives in a fast-paced team environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Validate the content needed to build a database driven asset based on a set schedule
    • Perform content activities such as data analysis, editing, applying updates, technical content support and other functions related to content issues to ensure the consistency of information
    • Ensure content accuracy across multiple vehicles/platforms (QA/proofing)
    • Log tickets for content issues, monitoring them and seeing through to resolution
    • Organize and maintain the data based on business priorities using defined processes
    • Recommend additions, changes, and deletions to the established program to gain greater effeciencies
    • Route for approvals assigned deliverables
    • Efficiently complete all projects assigned in a timely manner
    • Participate in team projects with various business partners to support business priorities and/or special initiatives
    • Assist in providing estimates and schedules for all projects
    • Coordinate digital and online production tasks as needed

    Qualifications

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Extremely detail oriented with a proactive work ethic
    • Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task and handle various concurrent projects
    • Effective problem solver with strong critical thinking and analytical skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet multiple, short deadlines
    • Ability to work well with multiple team members to see issues through resolution
    • Adaptable and innovative; ability to identify opportunities for improvement (process, training, technology, etc.)
    • Self-motivated and able to work well independently, without much direction
    • Strong retention skills; ability to recall how a situation was handled and apply those learnings to a current situation
    • Consistency in delivering error-free work, on time, at standards that meet or exceed Client and Agency expectations
    • Experience proofreading marketing materials
    • Understanding of web-based applications and web browsers
    • Comfortable with PC and Mac OS and strong Microsoft Office skills

     

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • BA/BS degree required
    • 1+ years of project coordination or equivalent experience, preferably within an agency environment
