The Account Manager supports the Account Supervisor and the Account Director to facilitate the reporting, communication, planning and administrative demands of specific projects within their specific segment or portfolio assignment.
This role will will be a shared Account Management role (50% xbox and 50% GSK accounts.)
Given that this role will have significant contact with our clients, vendors and internal delivery team, professionalism is a fundamental requirement. On smaller projects, the Account Manager may have the opportunity to lead client projects (with support from senior leadership).
The Account Manager must be able to bring creativity and a proactive approach to problem solving to all responsibilities and be ready to tackle a wide variety of challenges, and support the organization in ways that are frequently changing. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Account Supervisor(s) / Account Director(s) on larger projects, but on any given day, this could be a wide variety of tasks.
