This role, in the Insights & Innovation department, is part brand planner and part marketing strategist – providing oversight over brand development as well as channel execution. As Associate Director you will oversee strategy decisions for your clients, while supervising a team of direct reports.
You have experience across the spectrum of strategic planning and can identify the right approaches to tackle various client challenges. You are insights driven and lean on data to form well-considered positions, which you enjoy sharing with others. You are inspired by great creative and are adept at helping others come up with the big idea. You have a depth of experience working in digital channels and recognize the future ahead. Above all, you work best on a team and are able to lead different perspective towards consensus in order to craft the best marketing strategy.
