    We are seeking a dynamic Account Director to oversee, nurture and continue to build the business within our financial services portfolio.  This is an exciting opportunity to lead, leverage and deliver powerful solutions across the full spectrum of data, technology and marketing services, to help our financial services clients maximize the opportunities provided by our integrated offering. The right person will be a strong, nimble client account lead with digital-first knowledge of media, marketing, analytics from Brand through Performance Marketing.


    • Oversee day-to-day agency performance and move the client’s business through production to launch

    • Become a subject matter expert in client’s field and speak clearly to the competitive landscape, products, services, trends and brand positions within the client’s business

    • Proactively assess client needs and demands and deliver added value wherever possible

    • Provide clear instruction as to the goals and objectives through any campaign or creative endeavor with specific guidance and performance measures

    • Partner across multi-agency teams

    • Nurture and grow client relationships across key stakeholders

    • Assess and recommend tactics and strategies for building efficiency, streamlining operations and enhancing value

    • Collaborate with a cohesive team across departments, disciplines and agency offices


    • 5-7 years digital agency experience, financial services experience highly preferred
    • Deep understanding of, and affinity for, the contemporary business challenges within the Financial Services industry
    • Experience with the production of complex marketing campaigns, including media, strategy, creative, production (digital and print), measurement, and optimization
    • Outstanding client interaction skills, especially with senior client members
    • Persuasive client-facing and relationship management skills
    • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
    • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
