  • Overview

    This position will manage and grow Wunderman Data Products’ relationships with Member companies. You will understand each client's product line, marketing objectives and needs, and help them plan digital campaigns - and analyze the results.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and oversee customer digital campaigns
    • Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investment in our digital solutions
    • Participate in elaborating campaign strategy with the client and document it
    • Participate in pre-sales meeting
    • Playing a major role in the continued growth of our portfolio through upselling accounts across all other divisions of the company : Data, COOP, Direct Mail
    • Facilitate information exchange in order to maximize media delivery on due date
    • Solution selling minded :  focuses on the customer's problems and addresses the issue with appropriate offerings (product and services)
    • Working closely with a range of people across WPP to execute current strategies and develop new solutions for our portfolio
    • Engage with as many  customers per day as possible
    • Manage budget and hit or exceed monthly quota

    • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing and account management
    • A hands-on, self-directed individual with strong interpersonal skills that thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
    • Ability to work in fast paced and highly dynamic work environment
    • Have excellent interpersonal, communications, and customer service skills
    • Ability to prioritize, self-manage, and seek help or direction when necessary
    • Manage multiple tasks and high volume workload
