    Role Overview
    We are looking to employ a Client Services Business Manager to support the Technology business unit.  The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital media and advertising and extensive direct experience within the digital and publishing arena.  As a key member of the Acceleration team, you will work directly with clients as well as other team members to deliver solutions to unique business problems by leveraging your experience and knowledge.
    The Client Services Business Manager will possess sound experience within the sector and have worked with large, listed clients, assisting in defining solutions for their online marketing initiatives.  In addition, you will manage and develop the relationship with clients and be part of a team of Business Managers and Technical Consultants.
    The Client Services Business Manager will also support business development efforts.  The role requires a good technical understanding of marketing technology and is squarely focused on the delivery of services and solutions, constantly ensuring maximum client ROI.


    Reporting and Management Structures
    Work in a collaborative, team-based structure alongside other Business Managers, Consultants and Business Development resources
    You will report to the EVP – SME Technology Solutions
    The role is based out of Acceleration’s Denver office



    Key Objectives

    • Ensure delivery of all services and solutions.
    • Ensuring that targets, forecasting and budgets are accurate and met.
    • Develop strong working relationships with the client base and partners.
    • Deliver strong strategy and online insights to help promote Acceleration and client engagement, growth and opportunity.
    • Identify potential broader consulting engagements for some clients and position Acceleration accordingly. 



    • Key management of select client base in USA
    • Compose and execute online technology strategic plans and implementations across client base to accomplish client and Acceleration business strategy
    • Interface with relevant internal and client stakeholders to accomplish business and implementation strategies
    • Provide online, strategic and business insights to clients and the rest of the company
    • Responsible to meet and exceed budget objectives as per revenue plans
    • Responsible for establishing business opportunities within the existing account base in order to
    • contribute to the growth of the organization, and meet / exceed revenue objectives


    This is achieved by:


    • Maintaining daily contact with clients to build relationships and communicate goals, measure progress, and maximize performance for Acceleration online practice areas
    • Analyzing of campaigns and projects to improve quality of service and assess customer needs, resulting in a 100% customer retention rate
    • Facilitating knowledge sharing sessions within company inducing passion and motivation amongst internal staff, and to ensure clear communication channels, and empower team players with client and local industry knowledge
    • Supplying clients with online marketing and technology insights, by keeping up to date with current international trends through various online resources, including but not limited to, RSS feeds, blogs, newsletters etc.
    • Managing monthly budgets; responsible for reaching set targets
    • Implementing and managing technical projects and strategies



    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing

    • Knowledge of DoubleClick, Google, Exact Target and/or Adobe technologies (non-negotiable)
    • Preferably 3 years or more account management type work experience
    • Skilled in resource allocation and capacity planning
    • Strong business / commercial / marketing acumen
    • Skilled in the formulation and execution of marketing plans
    • Good understanding of technology and project implementation
