We‘re seeking a Operations Manager to join our North America Headquarters Team! This dynamic team is currently implementing a national Operations System of Record (OSR) across our vast network. This is an exciting opportunity to help us unleash our potential to operate as one national network to better serve our clients, and provide a stronger service offering. Our current focus evolves around efficiencies for day-to-day project management, resourcing and interoffice communication and sharing.
About the role:
This role will focus on the implementation of our “OSR” across all offices and become one of our NA Product Champions. Understanding the tool’s ability and our technical configuration across our standard agencies and Wunderman Data Management instances. Assist as the System Administrator for North America Headquarters who will work closely with Head of Operations to promote our tool. Also partner with our Operations Team on reporting and insights for NAHQ. Leveraging insights to consult with offices and Teams to improve operational metrics.
