    We‘re seeking a Operations Manager to join our North America Headquarters Team!  This dynamic team is currently implementing a national Operations System of Record (OSR) across our vast network.  This is an exciting opportunity to help us unleash our potential to operate as one national network to better serve our clients, and provide a stronger service offering. Our current focus evolves around efficiencies for day-to-day project management, resourcing and interoffice communication and sharing.    

    About the role:

    This role will focus on the implementation of our “OSR”  across all offices and become one of our NA Product Champions.  Understanding the tool’s ability and our technical configuration across our standard agencies and Wunderman Data Management instances.  Assist as the System Administrator for North America Headquarters who will work closely with Head of Operations to promote our tool.  Also partner with our Operations Team on reporting and insights for NAHQ.  Leveraging insights to consult with offices and Teams to improve operational metrics. 

    Responsibilities

    What you will be doing:

    • Project managing the continued roll out of our “Operations System of Record” Workfront
    • Scheduling and coordinating all critical meetings, as well as managing dependencies
    • Tracking issues, risks, and blockers to full resolution
    • Managing the NAHQ instance – System Admin for core HQ departments
    • Coordinating with internal resources and communications around the Ops System
    • Providing back up support to NA Product Champion; capturing and understanding business and functional requirements, as well as the custom configuration of the tool
    • Financial Reporting & Workfront license management
    • Educating offices and manage their needs and expectations

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience as Project Manager within an agency and experience with project management tools such as Workfront or JIRA
    • Strong problem solver with financial acumen
    • Solid track record of successfully leading projects from initiation to completion, error-free, on-time and on-budget
    • MS Project required, including high level of proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships to gain trust and respect
    • Skilled in quickly connecting with and influencing people
    • Adept in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing and managing several projects concurrently
