  • Overview

    Monitor and triage of work queue, appropriate assignment of cases to subject matter experts, resolution of user account cases, and assignment/notification of critical cases. Work under minimal direction with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Assignment length is approximately three months.

    Responsibilities

    • Ability to assess case needs and assign cases accurately and quickly.
    • Use discretion and independent judgment, while keeping the team abreast of changes/trends/issues.
    • Utilize team documentation and follow team procedures with particular attention to detail.
    • Have prior experience with a major ticketing system such as Remedy, IssueTrak, Jira, etc.
    • Basic administration of applications to include resetting of password and creation of user accounts.

       

     

     

    Qualifications

    • 1 year supporting basic Windows/Unix systems.
    • Strong basic computer knowledge preferred
    • PL/SQL and SQL Plus knowledge a plus.
    • Basic relational database knowledge a plus.
