The Receptionist is a key member of the WDM team. This position is responsible for making and maintaining a positive first impression for WDM guests and team members while providing world-class service. The Intern aspect includes our goal of the Receptionist to move into a Data Analyst position upon graduation. This position will serve as a support role to many groups across Wunderman as well as with external clients. Interaction points include Data Analysts, Service Managers, Service Directors, Account Directors, Infrastructure support personnel, and clients. This individual works as part of an operational team ensuring the client’s needs are addressed within a timely manner.
