  • Overview

    Intern for an award winning data company and prepare for your future.  This internship will prepare you to understand technical data processes and resolution of all processing issues and for assuring that delivery service meets daily required schedules.  This position will serve as a support role to many groups across Wunderman as well as with external clients. Interaction points include Data Analysts, Service Managers, Service Directors, Account Directors, Infrastructure support personnel, and clients. This individual works as part of an operational team ensuring the client’s needs are addressed within a timely manner, while supporting the front desk/reception area.

    Qualifications

    • Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
    • Minimum 3.0 GPA
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Experience with Outlook and OneNote a plus)
    • Ability to learn and use new tools
    • Good written and oral communication skills
    • Customer service background a plus
    • Knowledge of database structure a plus
    • Database query knowledge a plus
    • Knowledge of Mainframe JCL a plus
    • Excellent verbal communication skills, including professional demeanor on the telephone, and when greeting and speaking to guests in the workplace.
