  • Overview

    The Partner Management Lead manages the production of successful Omni channel marketing campaigns for our national client list.  He or she manages all production aspects of the traditional and digital media components starting in the creative process through execution for direct mail, television, print and digital efforts.  This includes selecting the best vendors for each job, managing those vendors throughout the project, being accountable for the work at each vendor, and maintaining best practices throughout production.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee a team of Production Managers to ensure the agency’s direct mail, television and digital production projects are completed on time, on budget and with 100% accuracy
    • Manage and track projects from start to finish-ensuring that deadlines are met
    • Conduct daily production meetings with vendors – report on project status to internal team members
    • Quoting and project expense reconciliation
    • Direct mail production management – creative, data, print and mailing
    • Digital production management
    • DRTV production – vendor selection, on site management
    • Vendor selection & negotiation
    • Maintain excellent relationships with vendors to ensure ongoing success
    • Challenge management—correcting/managing timing & deadline issues
    • Manage internal expectations and adaptation to changing timelines
    • Proofing, inventory management, quality control processes and procedures

    Qualifications

    • Strong excel and spreadsheet management skills
    • Attention to detail (proofing and invoicing accuracy)
    • Fluency in all Microsoft Suite Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word) and experience with InDesign
    • Successful experience in prioritizing work and shifting priorities to meet aggressive deadlines and milestones in a demanding, fast-paced environment is required
    • Must be capable of identifying and resolving issues, negotiating and managing conflicts
    • Knowledge of USPS DMM guidelines & regulations
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 10+years of professional production experience
    • Understanding of direct response channel delivery
    • Demonstrated competency in partner management
