Wunderman, the creative/data arm of WPP and one of the world’s most highly regarded agencies, is seeking a forward-thinking HR professional with 10+ years’ progressive experience in matrix organizations to join our team as Human Resources Director for our Data & Analytics group of brands – which include offices in Dallas, Houston and Kansas City. Reporting into New York, and part of the global HR team, you will own the people strategy for your P&L's within Wunderman. This is an exciting time to be joining our organization.
In this critical HR leadership role, you will engage with key business leaders to ensure a human resources plan that drives business success. The plan will include a comprehensive workforce strategy aligned with the business strategy, including employee engagement. You’ll achieve success by partnering across the broader Wunderman organization to leverage HR business partner and specialist support in the areas of learning & development, talent acquisition, and reward. As a member of the Wunderman Global HR team with cross-Wunderman responsibilities, you will own & drive global initiatives and champion a collaborative culture.
