    About the role:

    The Senior Art Director works with the Creative Directors, Account and Project Management teams to develop unique and innovative solutions from the creative brief to the final execution. The Senior Art Director is the creative advocate both internally and the client. The Senior Art Director will develop concepts and designs, working across all disciplines of the agency.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop the visual design, layout and feel of the advertising to be executed in various media
    • Ensure concept/design consistency across client initiatives and mediums
    • Coordinate and prioritize design efforts across campaigns and teams
    • Present concept/design treatments and storyboards to internal and external clients.
    • Remain informed of all industry news, creative and general activity
    • Consult with account and strategic planning teams to gather information about a product/service on a strategy to determine the style and visual expression for the advertising
    • Additional concept/design projects as required

    Qualifications

    • At least 4 years art direction experience within an agency setting
    • Strong conceptual and design ability with comprehensive knowledge of broadcast media
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to concept and direct ideas, teams and final product
    • Polished client presentation skills
    • Strong organizational and management skills
    • Ability to envision creative ways to leverage online ideas and technologies
    • High level of proficiency in branding, online marketing, and media concepts
    • Able to integrate the big idea through all mediums
