  • Overview

    Responsible for helping manage creative projects and assisting Account Managers with tasks as assigned. You will also be the account lead among our Austin intern cohort who will spend part of the Summer preparing a group intern project under the guidance of a professional mentor from the organization. This project will be presented by the interns at the end of the program to agency leadership.

    Responsibilities

    • Attend brainstorming/ideation sessions.
    • Support Account Managers to achieve successful implementation of campaigns on time, on brief, and within budget.
    • Communicate regularly with clients and maintain written client agreements.
    • Take responsibility for scheduling status meetings and providing status reports.
    • Responsible for securing approval for all work from Account Managers for specific assignments.
    • Contribute to the new business and/or pro bono activities of the Agency.
    • May include other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Ability to demonstrate strong customer service skills
    • Ability to create and execute your ideas in an efficient, organized way
    • Developing ability to present ideas effectively
    • Ability to talk about your work internally
    • Ability to listen and understand client feedback and feedback from internal critiques
