We are seeking an Account Supervisor to oversee, nurture and help on the launch of an exciting new piece of consumer pharmaceutical business. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage and deliver powerful solutions across the full spectrum of data, technology and marketing services to help our client maximize opportunities provided by our integrated offering.


  • Oversee the direct-to-consumer execution of digital and offline projects and programs from conception through execution to ensure strategic alignment remains intact
  • Develop and implement marketing communications strategy, plans and programs that support day-to-day account activity and long-term business objectives
  • Identify key opportunities for growth; help to develop, refine, and present ideas/programs to existing clients
  • Manage regulatory submissions with a keen eye for details and awareness of process
  • Provide agency and client deliverables including creative briefs, marketing and communication plans/calendars, brainstorming sessions, creative strategy sessions, POVs, competitive analyses, etc.
  • Partner closely with PMs to drive work against budgets and timelines without a lot of oversight
  • Provide strategic leadership by keeping current on the industry and technology trends affecting the client’s business
  • Have a working knowledge of the client’s business and best-in-class processes


  • Strong digital background: 5-7 years of proven and demonstrable experience with the development and execution of digital campaigns, specifically website, landing page builds, emails, online display, social media, SEO/SEM
  • Must have pharma experience (launch experience is a plus)
  • Strong analytical/strategic skills and above average interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding and persuasive client-facing and relationship management skills
  • Experience and success in leading and collaborating on client projects with creative teams
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, presentation and organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and demonstrated managerial ability
  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • An ability to identify and overcome obstacles, both internal and external, moving projects ahead
  • Highly organized and a self-starter – the ability to set priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment is a minimum requirement
