    We’re looking for a highly-conceptual Associate Creative Director / Copy at Wunderman who believes in their ability to make a difference. A very visible, lead-by-example Creative that understands strategy and can bring big ideas forward, as well as spew forth words and copy that smack people in the face and forces them to immediately take notice. At Wunderman, we want risk-takers. People who not only take ownership and get things done, but are passionate about their work every day, and whose positive attitude is infectious to be around.


    •    Assist Creative Director with overall creative direction across teams – being inspirational, educational, and ensuring our creative ideas maintain the highest quality, and are executed flawlessly
    •    Lead by example—proving that you can write mindblowingly-good copy for others to learn from
    •    Daily resource management – assist with project assignments + manage oversight of teams
    •    Knowledge development – brand stewardship, cutting-edge tactics, audience insights, best practices
    •    Assist with Creative Team development – collaborating with department CDs and the GCD to help teach, mentor, and grow our talented people
    •    Help to support and foster a positive, rewarding team culture and environment, where our Creatives
         are encouraged and supported in being the very best they can be



    • 8-10 years of professional copywriting experience, with an outstanding, conceptual portfolio of work
    • Self-starter who has a voice at any table, and isn’t afraid to share their POV and push for great ideas
    • Experience managing a team of 5 or more copywriters
    • Superbly-strong presentation skills—to both internal and external clients—with a desire to mentor others in that area, too
    •          Experience with Mobile, Social, Video storytelling, CRM, Acquisition, and the B2B + B2C worlds is a plus.
    •          And so is a bag full of shiny awards
