    To help us succeed, Wunderman is seeking Digital Business Analysts to join our growing team. Wunderman BAs turn our clever strategies into executable plans by working with project leads to define and document the important details that the team needs to take action.


    • Initiate and own the requirements definition duties once a project kicks off with the team: Locate and read the strategy brief -> produce an executions questions list based on the strategy brief -> locate answers to your questions form relevant team members and/or the client -> document the answers and execution next steps clearly and concisely in a source of truth requirement document
    • Create documentation that’s consumable across a variety of skillsets and teams – from Media and Web Dev to Creative and QA
    • Test plan creation
    • Manage / maintain requirements throughout both internal and client feedback rounds
    • Constantly assess the details against the original strategy to ensure alignment
    • Lead meetings with the project team to review requirements as the project transitions from phase to phase.
    • Detail user flows that show the team how a user will move through each campaign channel
    • Document product functionality to show the teams how to set up and build the assets correctly
    • Create one-page snapshots that give the team a clear picture of phases and deliverables across the project lifecycle
    • Work with project leads to identify individual inputs needed to produce the overall deliverables

    Overall, Wunderman BAs should constantly look for ways to streamline, automate and consolidate project documentation and processes. They are question askers, planners, big-picture thinkers, detail-oriented, process motivated, and know how to clearly communicate through documentation.


    • Above average familiarity with digital tactics of website development, paid media (paid search, paid social, display), and digital UX
    • Proven experience mapping data flows and creating test plans
    • 2+ years in digital marketing, technical documentation, or project management
    • Knowledge of standard digital tactics and channel interactions such as paid media, SEO and web creative
    • A proven quick-learner
    • Highly organized / Highly detailed / Excellent time management skills
    • Past experience effectively communicating across teams
    • Agency and/or consulting experience a plus
    • Technical or media background/experience a plus
