About the role:

 

The right candidate will be a client service expert with OTC healthcare experience or CPG. He or she will have successfully harnessed data and integrated digital, CRM and social channels to deliver innovatory brand experiences in a competitive environment that meet and exceed prospect and customer needs and drive impactful results for the business. Our future colleague will be excited to strategically and creatively push the envelope yet be grounded in tactical best practice process and bring to an integrated team a can-do, proactive approach; exacting standards and a consistent control of initiatives, their budgets and timelines. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing communications strategy, plans and programs that support day-to-day account activity and long-term business objectives
  • Possess a clear understanding of healthcare marketing to consumers and professionals, including familiarity with marketing and tactical plans
  • Identify key opportunities for growth; help to develop, refine, and present digital and offline ideas/programs to existing clients
  • Oversee the execution of digital and offline projects/programs from conception through execution to ensure strategic alignment remains intact
  • Provide agency and client deliverables including creative briefs, marketing and communication plans/calendars, brainstorming sessions, creative strategy sessions, POVs, competitive analyses, etc.
  • Help manage finances including budget forecasting, estimating, and monitoring project budgets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Supervise team; demonstrate strong leadership, provide direction and perspective in development of quality solutions and strategic thinking
  • Oversee development of project timelines
  • Provide strategic leadership by keeping current on the industry and technology trends affecting the client’s business.
  • Strong working knowledge of client business and communicating this to the team
  • Provide agency and client deliverables including creative briefs, marketing and communication plans/calendars, brainstorming sessions, creative strategy sessions, POVs, competitive analyses, etc.

Qualifications

 

  • Strong digital background: 7-10 years of proven and demonstrable experience with the development and execution of digital and CRM campaigns, specifically website, landing page builds, emails, online display, social media, SEO/SEM, (consumer/HCP pharmaceutical advertising experience required; chronic disease experience preferred)
  • Strong analytical/strategic skills and above average interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding and persuasive client-facing and relationship management skills
  • Experience and success in leading and collaborating on client projects with creative teams
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, presentation and organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and demonstrated managerial ability
  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
