We are seeking a dynamic Associate Director, Analytics to oversee, nurture and continue to build some of our fastest growing clients.  This is an exciting opportunity to lead, leverage and deliver powerful solutions across the full spectrum of data, creative, technology, and marketing services, in order to help our clients maximize the opportunities provided by our integrated offering.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day analytic client relationship and manage project profitability
  • Provide integrated consulting, analytic and measurement solutions for clients
  • Collaborate with clients to develop clear business objectives and project plans
  • Ensure that the quality and timeliness of deliverables meet client expectations
  • Develop and present client insights, recommendations at senior audiences
  • Provide direction to Analysts and Senior Analysts on all aspects of client deliverables
  • Foster working relationships within/across share capability teams working in a highly collaborative environment

Qualifications

  • 8+ years overall experience
  • Some experience in consulting
  • Consultative and Client facing; demonstrated experience helping organizations transform and evolve
  • Have done analytics themselves at some point in their career
  • Experience in or across business verticles, either in client, vendor, and consultant side
  • Ability to build stories from data
  • Adept at working in a matrix environment
  • BA/BS and MBA or Masters degree
  • Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects across client and internal teams working in a fast environment.
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques, segmentation, research, lifetime value, ROI analysis
  • Ability to manage analytics consulting only and analytics + creative client engagements
  • Understand digital and Addressable TV
  • Ability to drive engagements beyond marketing and advertising
  • Demonstrated strength in cross channel optimization and measurement, including web and social media
