We are seeking a dynamic Account Director to oversee, nurture and continue to build the business within our financial services portfolio.  This is an exciting opportunity to lead, leverage and deliver powerful solutions across the full spectrum of data, technology and marketing services, to help our financial services clients maximize the opportunities provided by our integrated offering.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

  • Oversee day-to-day agency performance and agency/client relationship
  • Become a subject matter expert in client’s field and speak clearly to the competitive landscape, products, services, trends and brand positions within the client’s business
  • Be pro-active in assessing client needs and demands and delivering added value to the client wherever possible
  • Provide clear instruction as to the goals and objectives through any campaign or creative endeavor with specific guidance and performance measures
  • Serve as Agency champion to pull integrated activities together for moving the client’s business through production to launch
  • Develop and grow client relationships across key stakeholders
  • Assess and recommend tactics and strategies for building efficiencies, streamlining operations and enhancing the value of agency to the client
  • Direct the Account Team in the performance of their operating responsibilities 
  • Work with the local agency team and distributed functional team members to meet the marketing objectives for this client
  • Collaborate with a cohesive team across departments, disciplines and agency offices

Qualifications

You have:

  • 8+ years digital account management experience in an agency environment, global B2B experience required
  • Deep working understanding of, and affinity for, the contemporary business challenges within the Financial Services industry
  • Deep understanding of the production of complex marketing campaigns, including strategy, creative, production (digital and print), measurement, and optimization
  • Outstanding client interaction skills, especially with senior client members
  • Outstanding and persuasive client-facing and relationship management skills
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
