Responsibilities

The Sr. Analyst is a client facing role with responsibilities to both the client and internal teams. In this role, the person will partner with the client for list generation and execution of all CRM direct marketing campaigns. Campaigns includes Direct Mail, Email, SMS, Outbound calling (OBC), Inbound calling (IBC), and on device campaigns. This person will need to have a strategic view to the client’s business as well as managing more tactical executions within that business. This position will work with the client and the team to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of campaign builds.

This person is expected to own large parts of the client relationship and be able to operate at a high professional level at all times. They must be an expert communicator, manager and client negotiator. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day responsibility for communication and managing client’s needs and expectations.
  • Build client partnership based on trust and mutual understanding 
  • Understand customer and transaction data to a level that enables the conversion of marketing briefs into executable direct marketing segments.
  • Coordination with off-shore teams on the setup, QA/QC and deployment of marketing campaigns
  • Use various CRM tools to build and maintain campaign diagrams that select desired customer groups for each campaign across multi-channel campaigns (e.g. Email, SMS, Outbound calling (OBC), Inbound calling (IBC), on device, and Direct Mail direct marketing campaigns).
  • Optimize with-in and across marketing campaign selections to maximize efficiencies
  • Campaign deployment setup & execution. Support team with processing manual database requests to meet ad-hoc or special data requirements for campaigns.
  • This position will require being on-site at the client’s offices up to 4 days a week

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ work experience in CRM and experience with customer segmentation
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field. Masters is a plus
  • Understanding of Direct Marketing objectives and needs
  • Experience and understanding of CRM systems and tools (e.g. SAS, SQL, SAP, Chordiant, etc.,
  • Disciplined, analytical and creative thinker & problem solver
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational, problem solving, and time management skills
  • Aptitude and desire to learn new technologies as required, Fast learner, and quality consciousness
