Responsibilities

You are skilled at facilitating the development of integrated marketing efforts including online media, CRM, direct and cutting edge marketing campaigns. You clearly understand agency processes, and ideally, you have experience with the client or agency side of marketing in the online field.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Client facing – representing the work
  • Supervise strategic development and implementation of direct initiatives
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with key clients
  • Manages cross functions between creative and account services to ensure creative content is produced on-time and on budget. In essence, the point person in looking at all aspects related to “what it takes to get the job produced” and communicating items among key stakeholders
  • Work with various team members to evaluate scope, timing, budget and other potential challenges for all approved concepts then communicating those elements to all stakeholders (creative, account service etc.) in order to get buy off in advance of production
  • Work internally to develop and manage timelines for each project
  • Monitor and report on budget status
  • In addition to timing and managing expectations on specific projects, this position requires oversight of estimates to monitor internal and external costs and notification among key parties regarding budget status

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications or related field
  • 5-7 years of solid direct marketing experience with an integrated marketing perspective
  • Ideal candidate has experience in marketing to audience segments such as SMBs, EDU, public sector, etc.
  • Experience with web site, banner, email and direct mail design and production, and/or event marketing
  • Experience leading and collaborating on client projects in a technical and/or marketing environment
  • Familiarity with marketing through social channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat
  • Consumer Relationship marketing knowledge.
  • Global experience.
  • Knowledge of agency functional areas; including production, media, research and data
  • Outstanding and persuasive client-facing and relationship management skills
  • Dynamic leadership, project management, collaboration, and team-building skills
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.
