Overview

This position will manage and grow KBM Group’s client relationships using the I-Behavior Co-operative database, interactive products, targeting tools and additional value-added services. You will act as a strategic marketing consultant within the KBM Group team and directly to clients in order to drive client profitability, thereby contributing to KBM Group’s market penetration and sustainability. You will understand each client's product line, marketing objectives and needs, and help them plan and execute direct mail and digital campaigns, including results analysis. You will understand the KBM Group UK strategic initiatives and work toward realizing each goal.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Managing Director, EU and contribute to the development and maintenance of the account management best practices specifically for the UK business unit.
  • Collaborate with staff as directed by the Managing Director, EU for strategic account management servicing and growth.
  • Maintain both a strategic perspective and tactical approach within the assigned book of accounts.
  • Serve as the client’s primary point of contact for all that is KBM Group, handling each account with a sales and project-manager mindset.
  • Understand the clients' product line and marketing objectives as they relate to testing and utilization of KBM Group products and services, including learning volume objectives, test matrix design against objectives and use of KBM Group targeting tools.
  • Analyze campaign (mail or digital) results against objectives and help clients integrate and translate into tests and rollouts.
  • Evaluate clients' marketing needs and proactively identify and effectively cross-sell and up-sell KBM Group products and services.
  • In addition to traditional client service postal co-op list sales, migrate members toward KBM Group Interactive testing and rollout.
  • Liaise with KBM Group teams in a constructive way to ensure that data, modeling and fulfillment are accomplished on time and with excellent customer service and communication.
  • Update forecast on a weekly basis, minimum.
  • Maintain client activity, notes and contacts in CRM.
  • Responsible for achieving or exceeding individual revenue and profitability goals.

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Two years experience in account management in a similar environment and industry.
