Overview

Responsible for initiation and execution of all day to day agency activities on behalf of assigned clients.   The agency’s first point of  contact for clients requesting specific material delivery and as such is responsible for building strong relationships with key clients as well as all internal departments and disciplines.  Position entails a wide range of duties and competencies.

Responsibilities

  • Guide the day to day development of all agency activities on behalf of clients
  • Plan and execute production of all advertising and communications material
  • Lead creative, production and operations teams in proactively developing strategic and tactical plans which deliver against client goals and objectives
  • Manage schedules and budgets of projects to ensure assignments are completed on time and within budget
  • Coordinate with creative, production and internal operations teams to ensure all creative materials and rotation instructions are delivered for all client media/production plans
  • Review creative work prior to delivering to the client to ensure that all components of recommendations are consistent with client goals and objectives
  • Develop strong working relationships with day to day clients
  • Work with finance team to ensure that production spending fits within approved budgets
  • Maintain and support all company standards as specified within the Quality Management System
  • Lead, direct, develop and mentor junior team members
  • May include other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Advertising/Marketing/Business or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in account management 
  • Digital and Print CRM experience preferred
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required, with a proven record of success in a similar capacity
  • Ability to effectively and diplomatically lead projects through an extended team that does not directly report into them
  • Attention to detail and follow through
  • Ability to develop strong client relationships
  • Self starter with energy, ambition and drive to succeed
