About the role:

The Project Manager will have a strong conceptual understanding of the latest marketing platforms and technologies. You will have previous experience in the delivery of digital (email) and offline campaigns. You will have a strong client facing experience and have experience of delivering projects throughout the full project management life-cycle and managing client expectations throughout the project. You will be scoping, budgeting and managing the client's expectations. You will also be responsible for the financial monitoring of projects, ensuring that projects are scoped accurately and are profitable, making sure that all projects are delivered on time and on budget and to the highest quality.

Responsibilities

  • Works with the multi-functional agency team defining the overall scope of assigned projects
  • Ensures that sound implementation plans are developed and that each plan meets the project strategy while considering both budget and timing
  • Involved at all client project briefings to collect as much information as needed / possible to support discovery
  • The production of a Project Plan, in Microsoft Project and/or Excel, showing calendaring of project as outlined in scope, and overall departmental resource allocation / utilization Coordinate with various departments within the organization to collect project requirements, including project milestones and budgets
  • Notify account teams early of potential budget overages or shortfalls; ensure overages or additional budgets or investments are approved as required

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of delivery across all existing and emerging digital platforms including website rebuilds, landing pages, banners and email
  • 3-5 years of agency experience
  • Highly polished client management skills
  • Knowledge of all agency functional areas; including creative, media, and production
  • Knowledge of asset management platforms and workflow tools
  • Certifications/qualifications in Project Management methodologies (including PMI PMP, Agile, Prince2) preferable
  • BA or BS degree
